I noticed while browsing the available children in Virginia that the agencies are assigned numbers rather than the name of the agency. I really need to know the basic area or county of a particular agency number because I think one of these children is my sibling. Can anyone tell me if there is a way to know the area/county of the agency by the number assigned to it?

Are they a 3-digit code number?? If so, that sounds like either the location or agency code used by the State if Virginia (I work in HR for a Virginia state agency). If you know the code number of the one you looking for, I could look it up for you in our system if you haven't found it yet. Just let me know.
