looking for my son

[font=Book Antiqua]I'm looking for my son, he was born on August 22, 1980 in Phoenix at the county hospital. I would like to let him know about his sisters and possibly get to know him.[/font]

[font=Book Antiqua]I asked the agency to keep the information about me open in the records for him in case he wanted to find me, they said that they would but I don't know if they did. [/font]

[font=Book Antiqua]The name I gave him was Ezekial Adams, but I don't know if they kept the name or not. Any information would be greatly appreciated![/font]

I don't remember the name of the agency and they were supposed to put a release of information in the file at the time of adoption so I really don't know where to start, so any ideas would be great!!!! Thanks for the response.
