has anyone heard of or used Maxim Nebesnyi?

I was recommended Maxim by a user here but wondered if anyone else knows of him or has used him. Also what was your total start to finish cost?

[font=Verdana]We adopted with Maxim's help in February of 2003. We came home with our wonderful 3yr 10 month old son (at the time of adoption). I couldn't imagine life without him (and don't want to). If you would like me to share our complete story, just pm me.

[font=Verdana]We also used Maxim Nebesnyi for our adoption in August of 2004. We adopted Vitaly, who was almost 6 years old. Total cost was $8500.
