Special needs ICPC Subsidy Issues?

Looking for the other families I "hear" are also out there fighting MD over Subsidy issues?! Our attorney would like to know what attorney they may have representing them, etc. Maybe beneficial to fight this disaster together. While we have one families contact info "rumors" have it that there are 2 other families right now?! I won't get into details, but if you are considering an ICPC Special needs adoption with a private/non-prof agency..... you may want to know more. Thanks!
