I'm looking for my birth parents and the only info that i have is that i was born in maryville,mo and that my mothers name is Carrie L. Gorman and my fathers name is Harve H. Lykins. MY birth date is july 28, 1982 I really really need something, or someone to give me a sign that my trying to find my birth parents is paying off. If anyone reads my letter and knows anything please let me know ASAP!!!

Hi Traci - I found a Carrie L Gorman listed on Zabasearch - it lists an address (in Maryville)- but no phone number. At least it's a start - I hope this helps you in some small way!

I knew of a Harve Lykins that grew up in the Albany, MO area. (Albany is only about 35 miles from Maryville) I don't know if this is the same "Harve" but it could be. The "Lykins" were a 'b i g' family and owned a grocery store in Albany years ago! You may want to search there. It is a small town of around 2,000 people or so.
You might also search the Denver MO area as that is another small town outside of Albany and the last time I knew, Harve was living in that area. Like I said, this was quite a few years ago, but I do know that there are still Lykins in the Albany area and I'm sure they could put you in touch with Harve if you can't find a number/addy.
