texas forms needed-term. of parental rights-HELP

Please help...I have searched forever. My new husband and I are trying to legally adopt my son as his own. My ex-husband is in agreeance so this should be easy...ya right. We are trying to avoid the expense of a lawyer and do it our selves. PLEASE HELP. I need the petition to terminate parental rights, and the petion for adoption. and i need a lot of great advice if you all have some!! Thank a bunch in advance for your help.:)
