larryman, is this supposed to be a new announcement or just a statement of facts? And what do you mean by if your match has failed don't give up try again? What would you consider a failed match?
Reason I ask is that ICAB just contacted our agency and told them to stop sending Independent Placements. Is ICAB cracking down even more?

We got a similar email from ICAB reprimanding our agency for having too many independent pre-identified relative adoptions. In the email ICAB makes it sound illegal to adopt a relative outside the 4th consanguinity.
