Independent Adoption Expenses

We returned from Ukraine on July 8th and spent just under $19000. We had to totally redo our dossier, purchase 6 visas, and pay return airfare for our 4.5 year old son. We were in country 18 days and paid our facilitator a flat fee which included all in-country expenses with the exception of embassy-related costs. We did spend about $1200 in expediting fees, and an additional $230 for upgrading our train tickets.
