I was wondering if it is possible to have your I-600a "cabled/cable ready" to two different countries. For example, if you were waiting for either a Russian or a Chinese child referral, can you have the BCIS cable both countries, or do you have to pick one country and then switch your "cable" destination when you find out which country will have a referral first?
If not, which form do you fill out to switch between the countries - currently I-600a is cable ready to China.

Ask your agency. However, I believe that you need to specify one country.
I do not know the number of the form. Check with your agency.

You cannot have your INS form in two countries. I tried, but the INS office said no. The form to change it is: I824
