Hello, My name is samantha, sammy as my friends call me. I live in Manhattan with my business partner and best friend kyra. I am a fashion designer and own my own business and hopefully finishing my clothing line sometime soon. I have been interested in Internationally adopting since I was 15. My parents adopted from china and I thought it was amazing. My little sister,Mia, is my little "mini me." and I love her to death.
I have a 2 bdrm apartment and make a resonable amount of money. Where would be the best place to adopt an infant or young toddler?
Do you think they would have a problem with me living in NYC and with my best friend? (We moved in together when we were 18 and just got out of high school. We moved to NYC and went to fashion school and now we are fashion designers.)
Also my friend is wanting to adopt, can you adopt internationally if you are single and younger than 25? if so where? Thank you so much for all your help in advance.
I'm using my friends computer in South Jersey, she was the one who suggested this board, and we have talked a lot about adoption. Her and her husband are looking into adopting in China. I had to delete my last message because she was still logged in.
I'm using my friends computer in South Jersey right now (staying here for the summer just because) so I may not be on that often. She is (maybe, I have no clue?) adopting from china. She's the one who suggested this board.

Samantha, you should probably post this on the International Adopt General Section. There should be no problem with you living with your roomate, although she will have to go through a lot of the background checks, since she will be in the household. I do not know about adopting under the age of 25.
