Everyone has asked themselves at some point in their lives ֓What IfŔ What if I had stayed with my birth parents? What if I had remained with my first or high school love? What would my life have been like?
Theres a new documentary show on CBS that turns back the clock and allows you to reunite with these people from your past, all expenses paid Җ allowing you to experience and explore the life you couldve had or the life you left behind.

Whitif,
Im curious, how does your show intent to ғshow adoptees what it would have been like growing up with their birth families? In my opinion, no show or reunion could ever ԓgo back in time and change the ԓwhat ifsҔ of adoption or anything else for that matterthere are far to many variables there.
I was just wondering, since you have this sentence in your thread and on your site, how you planned on doing thisŅof course, Im assuming you donҒt have the ability to time travelwhich would be the only *real* way to show one the œwhat ifs.

Hmm maybe you haven't come back to this thread I saw that you were busy posting the same thing on other forums, I am really curious to know the answer to brandys question. And the one I asked you on the other thread where you said you could possibly help a member find her birthfamily. andi
Yes, it's true. Time travel is not an option. It's actually a pretty cool concept; we are able to track down hard-to-find people using very in-depth databases and resources, and then we create a reunion in an environment, and using activities, that can allow adoptees and birth parents to explore what it might've been like if they had remained a part of each other's lives. Obviously, it's a sensitive issue and relationship, and that is why we're in search of the right situation and story that will be positive and enlightening for all involved.
We reunited a son with his father's family on the pilot, and it was very emotional and uplifting - he was able to answer a lot of quesions that had been nagging him over the years.
