I was born on December 5, 1992 and adopted on December 11,1992. I was told that I was born in Renton and was adopted through the LDS adoption agency. I am Hispanic and was told that my mom became a member of the church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. If any one of these it's the descriptions please let me know and also I am a girl, 21 years old now.

Washington State just changed the laws. You should be able to get your original birth certificate in July of this year.
You can't apply before July 1, 2014 and in other states there was quite a few who applied right away so they didn't get stuck in the back log.
