Girl Born August 1, 1986, Jee Young Park

Hi! I'm just doing a little searching for my sister, who was adopted from Korea in 1986. She was born outside of Seoul. Her birth name was either Jee Young Park, or Park Jee Young, or some combination of that. Her birth parents were of college age. Any info regarding doing an international search would be so helpful! I have been conducting my own search for my birthparents here in the US but I'm not sure how all this works. Thanks!
