I sent in our I-600A and fees two weeks ago to the Cleveland Ohio office. Yesterday I received a receipt in the mail for the fees paid (yay! they received it). But- they mispelled our last name on the envelope and on the receipt. We have a common last name with an unusual spelling. Do you think I should worry about this? I mean our name is clearly spelled correctly on the I-600A form, the check we sent, our marriage certificate and birth certificate. I am always so worried that someone is going to mispell our name and everything is going to be messed up.
Has anyone ever called Cleveland USCIS? I tried calling once between 1-4pm as listed on their website and I just got a busy signal the whole time.
Yes! You should correct the error as soon as possible because they can carry on to other documents as well which will be submitted to the court as evidence that requirements are met.

I tried calling the Cleveland USCIS numerous times on different days between 1-4pm.... I either got a busy signal or the general recording.
I see your sig line shows a november fingerprinting, were those the BCI fingerprints or your Federal fingerprints for your I-600A? If that is for the fed FP's then I hope things move that quick for me also.
