Questions to ask an agency?

Hi everyone! DH & I are working with an expectant mom and are currently interviewing agencies in her home state. We were given the names & phone numbers of two birthmom's who used a particular agency so we could check them out. What questions would you suggest that expecant mom ask the birthmoms to see if the adoption professionals provide services and support that are a good fit for her? We've already checked with the birthparent support group in her area to make sure there weren't any negative reports. If you have any other insight as to what expectant mom will want to know about the agency before we proceed, that would be great. Thank you for reading this and providing your insight.
