Can't edit avatar

I went to "edit avatar" and do not have an option for custom avatar. Is this a current glitch in the system or am I experiencing a brain poof? I swear I have looked all over that page and can't find the option to upload my own avatar. :grr:

Now that I have had time to mourn and accept the passing of my Augie Doggie I am ready to put that basset hound pic back up! :)
