My dossier was recently submitted

Just wanted to say congratulations and I am very happy to know that you are adoption a special need child. We are too.:)

...I think adopting a Special needs child is truely wonderful... :clap: My friend who is a single attorney e mailed me recently to say that she will probably be going to the Ukr in Feb....she had submitted her dossier in Sept it was approved, but then sent back...so, it loooooks like things are snailing forward......

We feel every child deserves a home and family to love them. We have our dossier submitted, but not yet registered. I sometimes get so excited, and then stop myself. There are so many families that had countries close in their faces, I dare not dream! I had heard maybe things would be moving for Older, special needs and sibling groups. All we can do is pray the papers will move and The Lord will have His hand in all of it...moving the process along, and covering the children with safety, health and blessings! Am I correct that jmchowat is there right now to adopt a sib group? God bless jmchowat, if you are surfing and check in...prayers for you to find your children...as speedily as possible.
