Stinky Hair???

Our little guy is now 15 1/2 months and we've been dealing with a horrible bout of eczema the past couple of months thanks to the winter weather and indoor heat. Anyway, because it spread through his scalp we cut his hair very short so the oils and things could get to his scalp. No noticeable problem there now but all of a sudden (just the past week) his hair just stinks. Smells like puke! We washed it Tuesday and used our normal shampoo and oil conditioner (we started using the oilier one with the eczema) and by Wednesday afternoon it was already stinking again. I find myself putting the non-oily conditioner on it just to get the fruity smell stronger but it doesn't last but a few hours. Any ideas? Janet
