WACAP also produces a book once a month that has over 100 children waiting to be adopted (both domestic and international) many of these children have had their fees completely waived and others have total fees of only 5k (not including homestudy, INS, and travel) as well as a no-interest loan for $4500. They will mail you one of their waiting child books for free.

If you adopt through the foster care system it is virtually free and there are many waiting children. 2,000 children are currently legally free and waiting to adopted in the state of WA alone. In order to view some of the harder to place children waiting go to:
