After a very high emotional disagreement between @bama donna and bigmouthjen. MadjjRULES continued to try to pick the scab. @bama was no longer in chat. I warned MadjjRULES publically, and then in private. I told her I was banning her, and she would recieve an email containing a warning.
For the record, Dawn challenged MadjjRules to stop, and I asked them both to take it to PM or another room. Dawn said she was done, and did not engage MadjjRULES anymore. Mad continued. I banned her. BigMouthJen promised me in PM during the disagreement to stop, and wait for admin's clarification on the episode. She stuck to that, even while MadjjRULES continued to egg her on.

JJ,
I am sending you this email as a courtesy, please understand that your actions in chat have been an ongoing issue for some time you֒ve been banned in the past for not following the rules and you were booted last night for the same.
This is the only warning you will get on this matter. If you refuse to listen to what a monitor is telling you in regards to the rules or you violate any other rules of adoption.com, I will ban your account permanently from future participation on the site.
Again, this is the one and only warning you will get on the matter.
