question on rules

If the person giving the info about a maternity home is a hopeful adoptive parent who is using that maternity home - then that would be a violation of the rules. If its John Q Public - offering advice - thats ok.

it was john q. public, and I was so impressed last nite with the chatters response to the rules! Was a good time! There was good banter, and discussion about them, and for the most part, overwhelming support. They all read them, and had questions or statements about it. I was overjoyed! Looking forward to sharing them with the regulars in the daytime.
