F born 4/20/72 Gardner, MA adopt Aug. 72 from Catholic charities b-name Lisa ???

Searching for birth parents, born April 20, 1972 Heyward Hospital, Gardner, MA at 5:45pm, spontaneous birth. Was in the hospital until approx. June 26, 1972, was baptized as Lisa ?? at St. Patricks Cathedral in June 1972. Adopted from Worcester Catholic Charities in August of '72. Was with Foster mother from end of June until adoption. Told birth mother went to counciling to see if she was going to keep me, but decided marriage was not going to happen with my birth father. Was told birth mother and grandparents saw me one time before the finalization in August. Birth mother: 5'0, brown/hazel, french/swedish, 16 at time of birth and in 11th grade, liked sewing. Birth father: 5'7", brown/blue, english/canadian, 20 at time of birth and only completed 10th grade, liked soccer and hockey.
