Wait times for Boston, MA?

My wife and I are adopting a child from vietnam on our own. The entire adoption package is now finished and has been sent to Vietnam. I am told it will take about 60 days for the vietnamese govt to process the application. What I am not certain about is what we'll need to do once Vietnam has approved. I assume US INS will have a say before my son can fly to the US. If you have been through this, would you mind giving us some info or point of contact at INS who may be able to help us? We just finished our also and are waiting for the 171. I have heard anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months with average being about a month. Please do let me know if you hear anythign else. Are you from the Boston area?

Answer? a little over 2 weeks. We were fingerprinted on 2/11 and received clearance on 2/27. Woohoo!
