My name is Angela and I adopted my darling daughter from Ukraine in 2000. Natasha is now 8 years old. I was starting on my second adoption when Ukraine shut down adoptions. I have no problem adopting an older child..... But I don't want to adopt out of order.Just a suggestion for families who have already adopted from Ukraine... You may want to check with your Ukrainian Embassy/Consulate.
