Hi, I read on here but I don't know where, about a twist and loc gel bought at target. Ventured out to target last night and couldn't find it. Anybody know who makes it, or what it was being sold near? I looked in the "Ethnic Hair Care" section and looked briefly elsewhere.
Or any suggestions on something i could put on her twists, or braids that would help keep it from coming apart? Pretty much everything I've found so far has alcohol of some sort in in.
Any help appreciated!

I have Lock and Twist Gel by Organic Root Stimulator. I like it and I believe it doesn't contain alcohol. (I'd check the label, but I think my sister "borrowed" it.)

hey, i've seen that on the shelf at a variety of beauty shops. you should be able to find it around.
That is one I like, also there is the Jamaican mango and lime gel that is also all natural. i found it at sally's beauty supply here. It is in a yellow container.

I use it as I am twisting the hair. Sometimes, I can use it to smooth down fuzzies after her hair has been in the same style for a few days.
Well, looked in all the big stores for it, and a couple salon types, nothing. Figured maybe it just wasn't in this area? Then today my girlfriends and I walked to the local "Family Dollar" to get out of the house, and there it was!!! go figure Havent' had a chance to try it, injury to an important hair-doing finger, soon tho', I'm excited to try it! Thanks whoever it was that posted the pic (sorry i don't remember offhand who you are), I knew it the second I saw it!
