25 yrs + So Fustrated

Hi my name is Linda, I have been searching 25 yrs+ And it seems like when I get a little ahead I walk into another wall. So I'm putting everything out here(maybe to much however I'm desperate now) I was born Nov 1968 in Binghamton NY believe in Bing. General Hospital I weighed 7lbs 10 oz. 20 1/4 in height. My parents were married 1 yr. before I was born. I was surrendered to Broome county DSS Dec 24 1975,my parents rights were terminated 1976.At the time of my birth my father (WILLIAM CANFIELD) was 25 yrs. old (today he'd be 71 or turning 71.(His birth yr. would be 1941)Nationality is German and Slovack he was 6'2'' tall 155 lbs. black hair n hazel eyes. He allegedly was a high school grad. and may of served in army. His employment at time was janitorial. I have no b-day no middle initial which makes this harder to do.(these are facts non-identifying info I've received) The adoption was sealed ,it was through Child and Family Services Onondaga County (Syracuse .N Y) I was adopted at 7 yrs. old. I was placed to live with new family as time went on they divorced ,I was sexually abuse by mothers new husband and also by my adoptive brother. I became a runaway obviously. I was with them only 6 years before they decided I was a burden to them and put me back into foster care. I was never wanted or loved by them. I wish my parents would of kept me because I may of had a better life with them ( Where I know in their minds I'd have a better life somewhere else) Either way its the past I'm not resentful or bitter toward my birth given parents if anything I'm a better person compassionate ,caring and loving. I would like to find my birth father hopefully alive. Just to meet him once and if he wants no part of me I can accept that. So anyone who can help I'd be so grateful for your time. I have a lot of info and many resources which I'm not using right cause I've not found him. As for my birth mother I found her in 2 weeks 1996 and the whole family. No one is telling me any info on my dad. Mother passed away in 2003 grandmother was gonna tell me everything she knew however she also passed away. Please HELP
