I-600A delays??

[font=Georgia]We were fingerprinted 2 months ago, and still no approval. Our agency called the CIS 2 weeks ago, and was told they are still waiting for our fingerprints to clear.

Who do we call next--the FBI?

We are using the San Francisco office.

That's terrible! I think it's appropriate to call your senator or congressperson at this point!

I hope it's resolved soon!

I hate to say this but the average wait time in MN for USCIS clearance is 90 days. So...it may be just a matter of waiting a bit more - I know it's hard - trust me - been there!

USCIS website says the San Francisco office is currently (as of 3/10/06) processing forms received by November 25, 2005.

Of course, I think that refers to forms submitted, not fingerprints...but if your form didn't get there before 11/25, they probably don't want to hear from you.

I said the other day that I should name my child "Patience," because it's the thing I've learned this year! I'm really, truly not good at it, either.
