From Tn but want to use a facilitator

[font=System]Is anyone familiar with using a facilitator in a state that doesn't allow it? We are a military family that claim TN as our home. We currently live in Hawaii and wanted to use a facilitator but TN won't allow it. Any advice on what we can do?[/font][font=System][/font] [font=System]Karen[/font]
