Stealing food

Before you all crucify me, I haven't said a word to him about this. No, he would not have known what was for lunch today and NO, he was not hungry since I made him his favorite dinner and he ate more than everyone else put together. The underlying issue is that he is NOT supposed to come out of his bedroom in the middle of the night (per his social worker btw) unless it is to go to the bathroom. Since he has been here, just a week now, he has stolen from us, lies continually, accessed porno sites on a teacher's computer at school (which is still under investigation)...the list goes on and on... However, when I asked his "therapist" yesterday if this kid was a pschopath or just a troubled teen.....he said: "I don't know, there is no way of knowing until he acts out again." I'm thinking this kid probably needs more than I could possibly give him.
