Hi All,
I've got a question--and I know it might sound weird--but I thought I'd bouce it off of you.
I'm working on my 2 and a half year old daughter's life book. Currently, I'm working her orphanage pages. Basically, I'm struggling with what papers, background, and ultimately, feeling, I'm trying to establish here. Her orphanage life was difficult and the pictures are pretty grim. So, do I go with bright, cheery colors and backgrounds etc--or do I go with more neutral ones.
I'm sure that sounds kind of lame--but I'm not sure what I should do.
Take care,
Melissa
Most of the ones I have seen have been pretty much 'neutral'

i'm no expert, but i think that looks really nice!!! well organized, and it doesn't look like you are trying to "fluff" it up, but it doesn't look dreary either.
