new to RI

Hello to all! We just moved here to RI and was wondering if anyone had any experience with either RI or MA adoption agencies-either domestic or international. Any information would be greatly appreciated. I'm sure you all know how overwhelming it can be. Oh-also if anyone used an out-of-state agency but o.k. to use here, that would be great too.
