CPS Check in Indiana

It has been 5 years since we started the adoption process. and brought home our son. I cant for the life of me remember If we did a cps check when we did a newborn adoption. I think we did but i am not sure.

I know for foster care you have to have one. Anyone from Indiana can you please help out?

We did our homestudy for our private agency and for the state at the same time. It seems that our agency did need a copy of one of the background checks from the state. I assume that was a criminal history check. HOpefully someone with a better memory will reply soon!
