STATE OF THE NETWORK: Issues post upgrade

We are currently aware of a couple of issue but if you see others, please feel free to post them here:

1. Images uploaded for Avatars and Profile photos are showing up askew.

2. No access to UserCP - members are seeing a MySQL database error.

I would be happy to answer any questions you might have and if you happen to see other issues, please post them.

We are also aware of all attachments uploaded being askew, same as the avatars and profile pictures :)
