Hi - My name is Julie and my husband Ron and I are interested in adoption from Hungary. We have a completed home study for Ukraine, but will be updating it for Hungary. I am just trying to get as much information as possible about adopting from Hungary, so any information would be greatly appreciated. My first question is regarding the application to adopt.
