This is my preemptiveђ post on what to do next week when we launch our new forums and youre unable to log in.
Everyone should have plenty of time to read this and take notes on what to do Җ I ask that all of our Moderators please make sure all of our forums know that this thread exists.
Please post questions, if you have them I will do my best to answer!
If after we launch next week, you find that you can֒t login, clearing Cookies/Cache will fix the problem if you don֒t know how to do that, the steps are outlined below:
Internet Explorer
Open a Browser
At the top, click Tools, then select Internet Options
On the Internet Options screen delete Cookies, Files and Clear History.
Close all Internet Explorer browsers
Open a new Internet Explorer Browser and navigate over to forums.adoption.com and try to sign in.
FireFox
Open a browser
At the top, click Tools, then select Clear Private Data
Checkmark all of the options there except ֓Saved Passwords
Click Clear Private Data
Then close all open FireFox browsers
Open a new FireFox browser and navigate over to forums.adoption.com and try to sign in.

We are phasing out the FamilyForums.com portal in the next day or so - InfertilityCentral.com and FertilityForums.com were upgraded last week and removed from the portal this morning - chances are, that's what she is talking about when she says wack...that the fertility side is no longer there.
