I deleted cookies, why can't I see the pics!

How do I know if I have the most updated version??? I have Internet Explorer. Sorry if that is a dumb question.... I just have no idea if I need to or even how to update our Internet Explorer version...

You'll need to run Window's Update via your PC.

Alrighty... I did that and then restarted the computer and then deleted cookies again and still no pics... Do I need to do the hokey pokey and turn myself around?? Is THAT what it is all about?? :confused:
