Looking for Tommy & Clay

:confused: I am new at this. Just started the other day. My sons were taken away when they were 3 1\2 and around 9 mounths old. Tommy was born in Ogden, UT on Aug 2nd in 1986. His name at birth was Thomas Lee Quinton and Clay was born in Twin Falls, ID on June 7th 1988. His name at birth was Clayton Sheperd Quinton. They were taken in 1889 and adopted to a family I think in 1990. The family was from northern Idaho and I think their last name was Koen. Anyone that can help would be God sent.
