Looking for a job in the Adoption Arena

I am an adoptee who has found my birth parents, and has a great relationship with my adopted parents too. I had great support during my search and would like to share what I know and learned during my experience. am looking for a career change, and I feel very drawn toward a career in the adoption arena.
