My hubby's boss recently said we'd have to check with the Army and do some preparation before traveling to complete our adoption. Does anyone know what is required for a soldier to adopt internationally?
I'm expecting some kind of briefing before traveling but someone said he might have to grow out his military haircut and/or grow a mustache. Has anyone heard of that?
Well, I have not heard of (the military member) having to grow a mustache and your hair! That seems a little odd considering that civilians don't necessarily have long hair and a mustache. My DH is a Marine and we are adopting from Vietnam. He checked with his command and if he is able to travel with me all they have told him is that we'll have to attend some briefings, but that is all.

That's what I thought. His (nearly) high and tight is quite stylish right now.
It would be weird to see all of our pictures from the trip with his hair not like I'm used to. I can't imagine him with long hair.
