Looking for Birth Mother

Looking for Birth mother. I was born May 16, 1968 female in Waxahachie, Texas. My last birth name was Reyes and my b-mothers name was Jamie Reyes. She was about 15 yrs old and had a older sister named Tammy Reyes. I was taken home by my adopted parents they were older from the hospital. We lived in Ennis Texas from 1968 to about 1973. Any info would be very helpful. I am looking for health reasons. I have had Cancer and other medical problems and want to know medical back ground. Thank you.
