I am a young professional in Toronto, Canada. I am currently employed as a Project Planner/Even Planner but would like very much to transition into the adoption world through an entry position at an agency. My goal is to gain working knowledge and experience while also completing any educational courses or training needed so that I may one day become an adoption agent. At this point I am open to domestic and international adoption agencies.
Adoption has been such a huge part of my life that I would like to somehow help others reach their dream of building a family. My mother and uncle were adopted. My parents foster children. I have an extended family of step sisters and brothers and understand that dynamic very well. I myself am unable to have children and plan to adopt when the time comes. My sister will also be doing the same. Adoption is such a positive experience in my eyes and I would like very much to somehow be a part of this outside of adopting my own children down the road.
I have attached my resume below.
