Ukraine is starting to look at new dossiers starting next week. With all the changes, this can only be good! We have been waiting to adopt our childrens sibling since 2004.

Zippy, That's wonderful! I hope it does happen. There are so many Ukrainian children who need good homes! I wish you the best of luck!
We were going to Ukraine but, after a year of getting nowhere, we decided to switch countries to Guatemala. Now that we're nearly finished with that adoption, perhaps we will look into Ukraine again since it seems to be getting going again! We can only hope!
