Searching for my nephew

I have a nephew who was taken from us in 1991-93 he will be 18 in feb 2007 I want to find him and am trying to get info on any and all resources available it is very difficult because my brother wasn't listed as the father on the birth cirtificate and I am unsure of the spelling of the fathers name who was listed if anyone has any helpull info for me PLEASE get back to me!!!!
