Father and family are looking for birth daughter born in Cape Girardeau, MO in 1983-84., Possibly Nov.17,1983 Mother was last seen in Sept. 1983 and was apx. 8 months pregnant. She gave birth to a baby girl who was who was put in the foster home of a Mrs. Abernathey in Jackson MO. Mother was using the name of Teresa Sisson and listed father as Tom Sisson. She also may of used the name of Redwine. These were alas names, she was in hiding and on the run at the time.
