Looking for half sister born December 24 in 1969 or 1970 in Paju Kyonggido South Korea. Of Korean/puerto rican descent. Adopted in 1972 by a family stateside believed to own a car dealership. Her birth name Kim Chi Youn. I have a photograph that the adopted parents sent my mom. All adoption papers were misplaced when she moved to the states and this is the only info she remembers.
