Looking For Siblings of the Bowman Family

Hi my name is Rebecca Anne Koeller and my birth name was Reba Nell Bowman DOB 11/25/80. I was adopted out of Chicago Il with my brothers which are twins. Their names before adotion were Raymond & Rayford Bowman. My father Ralph Bowman and mother Delores Bowman DOB 6/13/58.Delores's maiden name is Ewert. Ralph and Delores divorced in 07/83. Ralph put all of his children up for adoption through DCFS. I am looking for my Sister and brother. I was able to locate my birth mother Delores. She told me my 1/2 sister's name is Elouise and my brothers name was Roy. Please help me locate the two of them. I would love to have a relationship with them.
