I am looking for a brother who was born around September 11, 1961

I am looking for my half brother who was born around September 11, 1961 at the Harrisburg Hospital in PA. The adoption was through the Catholic Charities of PA and I believe the home was called Lourdeshouse Maternity Home in Harrisburg. My mom hasn't given me much to go on other than she name him Phillip and he had red hair when he was born. My mother's name is Theresa Irene Miller and the father's name was William Clair Harmon. thanks, Laurie
