Looking for Half Brother

:flowergift: I found my sister's birth certificate when I was 18 and starting searching for her when I turned 20. I contacted Vital Statistics and found no death certificate on file. My Mother never told me much just that it was "Not my concern about her" - are you kidding me? SHE"S MY SISTER! Anyway I think something bad happened to my Mom or something because no Father is listed on the birth certificate so maybe she was raped and that is why she does not want me to search. I am now working for the past 2 years with OmniTrace with no luck so far. My Mother's name is Barbara Ann Kressley and she was 22 when she had my sister. The name on the birth certificate is Denise Ann Wiggins. Anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it. Searching Sister
