What's your favorite thing to do when visiting your birthchild and family?
Do you have an activity that you all love to participate in or any traditions when visiting?
When I visit my son we usually spend alot of time just visiting, and I love that. We catch up, eat, etc. But then after that we usually spend some time outdoors playing or walking.

What's your favorite thing to do when visiting your birthchild and family?

My bson has come to us for the odd weekend for the last couple of years. We just hang out -- most of the time he and my daughter are off playing. Or we just go and do regular family things -- go to the park, etc., etc. I prefer to try and keep things low key so he knows we're just a regular family and it's not like we rush off to Disneyland at the drop of a hat or live lives of high adventure :-)
He and my daughter are SO alike it really takes my breath away. The downside is each is as stubborn as the other so at some point mediation has to take place because eventually they start arguing. It's pretty cute though.
