Non-ID

I just recently found another 1/29/1962/ Female adoptee. She states from her ammended Birth certificate that she was born in Pennsylvania. Her a-mom recently passed away, and she did not want to hurt her a-mom by searching sooner as she had a great childhood. She is now in search of her Birthparents. She is searching for how to get her non-ID Information and does not know how/where to look. Any advise, I could pass along would be appreciated! Thank you!
